With experience in physical training since 2015, I have cultivated a strong expertise
in physical education, sports management, and fitness coaching, particularly in
post-injury rehabilitation. Over the past years, I have refined my skills in
bodybuilding, powerlifting, and strength coaching while specializing in injury
recovery. My broad experience allows me to create effective rehabilitation
programs, support clients in reaching their fitness goals, and excel in dynamic
